The lobby café offered exceptional customer service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and well-trained. Almost every member of the staff exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and warmth. The food is quite good, facilities are kept very clean, and hotel staff are always helpful. It's not the ideal time to be in any hotel, but we made the right choice by choosing Sedona. Great location.
