Room service also needs improvement. Used dishes were not cleared, and coffee capsules were not replaced during servicing. We experienced long waiting times at reception as well. Given the size of the resort, it would be very helpful to have a valet service and someone to guide guests to their rooms upon arrival. Additionally, it would improve the guest experience if the buggy service offered to take guests directly to their rooms rather than only dropping them at reception. With some operational adjustments, this resort could significantly enhance the overall guest experience."
