The service was impeccable. Everyone knew who we were and the villa we were staying at. So polite, gracious and helpful. The facilities were top notch and the spa was wonderful. We sampled the massages and facial treatments. Amazing experience. Dinner options were perfect. We were very impressed. My only complaint was the breakfast got a little repetitive and boring. conditions & facilities 美しい海と山に囲まれた最高の景色と、笑顔の素敵なスタッフの皆様の気遣い、美味しい料理、南国ムードたっぷりのお部屋と最高の時間を過ごさせていただきました。 ディナーは一階のアヤナでプリフィックスのコースをいただきましたが、どれも工夫されていて目でも舌でも楽しめました。デザートはビュッフェでどれも選べず！10種類くらい＋お茶菓子もたくさん。少しずつ全部いただきました。どれも美味しいし、見た目も綺麗で選ぶのもとても楽しいと思います。 お部屋は広く、たくさんの種類のお茶や珈琲も備えてありその時の気分で好きなものを楽しめます。ライブラリーでお借りした山本二三さんの絵画集を見ながらまったりくつろぎ最高でした！ スタッフの皆さんも島のこと、食べ物のこと、ホテルのこと、話題が豊富でお話しするのも楽しいと思います。お土産も持たせてくださったんですが、開けてびっくりする素敵なギフトご入っていました。 素晴らしい食事を活かすワインのペアリング、ホテル専属ガイドさんとのトレッキング、トレッキング前後2日間で考えて頂いたスパメニュー、全て完璧でした。 また敷地内を歩いているとガーデン担当の方が花や木のことを色々と教えてくれ、スタッフの皆さんでこのホテルを作っていることが伝わってきました。 帰ってすぐに次回の予約をさせて頂きました。
