Fantastic location and very nice accommodations. This worked perfectly for us and had a great view and easy walking into town for shopping and eating. It was also conveniently located to many great locations, hiking, and views. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay on the coast.

Spectacular ocean view and very walkable to beach and town!

Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect

Perfect house for the 2 of us, for the end of January we had perfect weather. I can see why the Breakers is almost never available so happy we finally got the chance to stay here for our 19th year together!!!

Cozy, comfortable home

This cozy, studio home is perfectly located for walking to the center of Yachats or along the 804 trail. The view is stunning whether from inside or on the bench along the cliff. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed comfortable. There is a well placed mat for putting wet shoes right inside the main door. I hope to return before the year is out.

Fantastic

Cozy, homey, comfortable. They have thought of everything, from a squeezee for the windows to coloring supplies for the kids. And, of course, they have the requisite linens and cooking utensils. The view is amazing. I didn't want to leave.

Great cozy place, fabulous view.

We really enjoyed our time in this sweet spot. It was homey and cozy, felt nice and private once inside, and the view was incredible overlooking the ocean with the rocks below. A small public pathway next-door leads down to the rocks. Very dynamic and beautiful. The location is great. A short walk to town, and a great trail along the coastline. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

So relaxing!!

We didn’t even want to leave the house the whole stay! Just listening to the waves crash on the rocks and watching the storms come in over the water was enough for us!! Definitely will return! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Litttle Cabin by the Sea

A near perfect little space right on the ocean, fantastic view and surprisingly great privacy while being conveniently located right in Yachats. Loved it! We'll be back, and... it is Pet Friendly!!! (wish the fireplace worked, but the fake one is fine). I Highly recommend this little red cabin by the sea!

Sweet one-room house

This one-room little house is a favorite. It has privacy on both sides of the house as it sits among other homes in this lovely little town. Always clean and with a terrific view, it’s poised a short lawn distance from the ocean.

Great place with exceptions

House very well equipped—especially the kitchen—except for seating. There are two chairs for ocean watching that are so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on them. Couch was a better but not in a prime ocean-watching spot. Second problem was with house key which only worked on the deadbolt. If we hadn’t checked it out, we could easily have locked ourselves out. Then the key stopped working on the deadbolt lock. We put some oil on it and got it to work again. Whew! There is a front door, too, but the key doesn’t work for it at all. We felt some anxiety around the situation from a safety and access standpoint. The towels seem to have been put away before they were totally dry, and some were unusable because of an awful musty smell. The house is charming and has a spectacular ocean view from a big bank of windows across the entire width of the house. The pros about the house are very nice, but the cons are quite disappointing.

Breakers again

We love the Breakers, have stayed there 4 times, usually in early December bc it's a birthday for me and we love the wind and storms. The house is very small but fine for just two and the large windows give a good view of the ocean.

Beautiful Little Place

This little place was perfect for us. The small area is well used, stocked and decorated. It seems like the intention was to immerse a guest into to coastal experience. I haven’t slept that well in a long time. We didn’t want to leave and hopefully will be returning soon.

Sweet Revival Of My Soul

Fantastic experience. I have been eyeing this special place for years… very grateful to finally get to stay. Though rather overcast, it was incredible. My happy dog and I had the best time. Got a ‘Dockbox’ from Local Oceans in Newport. Excellent seafood meals I could make easily at the Breakers. Delicious, fresh, fantastic! Absolutely loved Bread and Roses… Ridiculously incredible!!!! WOW. Had the best time. Saw lots of sea otters!!

Dream house, dream vacation

My husband and I have wanted to stay at this property for years now and finally getting to, it was all we imagined and more! The perfect little studio house: quiet, amazing location to the ocean and town, and the antique furnishings so quaint! We will have to save up again to go here someday.
