LES MOTES consists of two high-rise construction blocks with a seven-storey lift, located in the central and commercial area of Xeraco beach, at Avinguda dels Borrons No. 4. A quiet area with little traffic, which ensures disconnection and rest. It offers a beautiful kidney-shaped pool with Venetian stairs and an adjacent and cordoned-off children's pool, as well as landscaped areas. It is just fifty metres from the fine sandy beach.
Beautiful apartment, very well-maintained, with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, additional toilet, independent kitchen with exit to a north-facing terrace/laundry room with 180º panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ Tossal de l'Ullastre No. 7 Xeraco Beach, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
