The spacious front and back decks, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, maximize the excellent location. "A Wye's Choice" is ideal for families with kids and furry friends, offering a fully fenced section with grass and trees for shade, as well as two enclosed deck areas. On-site parking is convenient, with space for up to five cars. The entrance level welcomes you with an inviting open-plan living area, where you can relax on comfortable couches while enjoying stunning views or cozying up by the fire in winter. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, and the classic stereo system includes a CD player, tape deck, and record turntable. Explore the eclectic music collection onsite or bring your own favorites. The speaker system even extends to the master bedroom upstairs for your convenience. The TV has excellent digital reception and comes with a DVD/VCR player. The renovated gourmet kitchen features a gas cooktop, electric wall oven, espresso pod coffee machine, and all the cooking essentials, including cake tins and a mixer for fun holiday baking. The large walk-in pantry is stocked with basic provisions to get you started. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional bedroom (Please note: there is no bedroom door for this room), equipped with a wall-mounted TV, PS2, Wii console, and plenty of games and DVDs. A standout feature of "A Wye's Choice" is the indoor/outdoor dining area. With a closable pergola roof and concertina glass door, you can choose to dine inside or outside, depending on the weather. Step outside to an expansive deck offering fantastic ocean views, a built-in BBQ, chiminea heater, sun lounges, and another large dining table. This front-facing deck receives sun throughout the day and wraps around three sides of the house. It's fully enclosed with a spring-loaded side gate for the safety of pets and small children. The entry-level bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and laundry facilities, while the second bathroom on the first floor features a bath, shower, and toilet.
