Great location in Wrocław, close to the river on Probusa Street. Express self-service check-in and check-out. Nearby green spaces, shops, and restaurants. Two bedrooms. Sleeps 4. Desk for comfortable remote work. Bathtub. Functionally equipped kitchenette. Toiletries, towels, and bed linen included. VAT invoice available upon request.  
  
The Space:  
This spacious apartment has a separate kitchen and two bedrooms, so it can accommodate four people. The unit is located on the third floor of the building, allowing guests to enjoy the view of the atmospheric neighborhood from the windows. One of the bedrooms features a double sofa bed, chairs, armchairs and a table, as well as roomy closets for storing belongings brought with you and a television with access to cable channels for relaxing in the evenings. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a closet and a desk with an office chair to offer visitors - this makes for a comfortable remote work space for business travelers. A separate kitchen features a dining table with chairs. Simple and quick meal preparation is provided by appliances such as a kettle, microwave, oven and a multiblender. There is also a washing machine in the room. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit, towels, a hairdryer and a bathtub await guests. Functional furnishings and efficient use of available space allow for comortable use of the space. The decor is kept in a traditional style, making the interior very cozy.

The Neighborhood:  
This atmospheric building is located near the river, as well as two green areas, making it a great place to relax for couples looking for an intimate atmosphere, friends who appreciate relaxing outdoors, and parents traveling with their kids. You can walk to the waterfront in just 3 minutes, and to the nearest grocery store in 2 minutes. A charming square is a 9-minute walk from the property, and a children's play space is located next to the building. Nearby there is no shortage of restaurants and cafes serving delicious dishes and snacks from a variety of places around the world - the four nearest eateries can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes. Fans of regular workouts and active recreation can visit the outdoor gym - it takes just 6 minutes to walk to it. It takes only 7 minutes by car to reach the city market with its beautiful architecture, and the route to the shopping center takes 8 minutes. The airport can be reached in just 25 minutes, and it takes 8 minutes to walk to the railway station. There are public parking spaces behind the building, which can be used by motorized guests of the property.
