The Space:  
Located on the first floor of the building, this elegant apartment can accommodate up to 6 people - an ideal choice for a family or a group of friends. The highly functional 53 m² space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the apartment has an exit to an intimate balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV with access to platforms (Netflix, YouTube), is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The apartment also has a high-speed, free Wifi connection. Two bedrooms offer guests a comfortable, large double bed and a roomy closet for storing clothes and other belongings brought in. A fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area will make preparing your favorite meals a pleasure. A wide range of amenities and comprehensive furnishing of the apartment with necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment guarantees a comfortable stay. For a good start to a pleasant stay, we provide guests with complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and bed linen. The interior design is dominated by subtle shades such as white, black or shades of gray, and the whole is composed with warm wooden parquet floors. The Neighborhood:  
Modern apartment located on Mieszczanska Street in a new development in Wroclaw, on Kępa Mieszczanska. The building is located in a quiet area near the Odra River, not far from the very center - Wroclaw Market Square. This makes it a great place to relax both for lovers of tranquility and those who like to use their free time actively. It is worth taking a walk in the nearby Park Mieszczański, and the close proximity of the Islands on the Odra River allows you to enjoy the green areas. The location of the apartment building combines intimate surroundings with excellent communication with the city center and a rich entertainment and cultural offer. It takes only 8 minutes by car to get to the city market, where you can watch the beautiful architecture and buy souvenir trinkets. The Panorama Raclawicka Museum lies 2.2 kilometers from the apartment, and the Wroclaw Opera House is 2 kilometers away. The route to the airport takes about 25 minutes. Near the property, there are restaurants for lovers of good food and many retail and service outlets for all daily needs. For motorized guests, the apartment also has a parking space located in the underground garage hall.
