The Space:  
This traditionally and comfortably furnished apartment is designed for four people and is located on the fourth floor of the building, allowing guests to enjoy the cityscape from the windows. The property has two bedrooms - in one of them is located a double sofa bed, where you can sit to relax with the available cable TV channels, while in the other stands a large and comfortable bed for two people. Also placed in the first bedroom is a dining table with chairs and a table, which creates a space for eating meals or drinking morning coffee in a pleasant atmosphere. The functionally equipped kitchen allows for simple and quick preparation of delicious meals and snacks. Visitors here have at their disposal such equipment as a microwave oven, an oven, a pour-over coffee maker, an induction cooktop and a kettle. The kitchen also has a dining area to offer. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer and a welcome toiletries kit. The interior design is dominated by subdued colors such as white, as well as shades of brown and gray. As a result, the arrangement is subdued, while looking cozy and elegant.

The Neighborhood:  
This building is located in the central part of the city, so it has to offer visitors quick access to numerous tourist attractions. It's a great place to relax for people who like to spend their leisure time actively. Both parents with children, couples or friends traveling together can come here for short trips or long-term stays. The market square with its charming architecture, viewpoint and museum can be reached in about a quarter of an hour. On the other hand, the moat is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the park with fountains, a carousel and children's play space is an 8-minute stroll away. The ability to conveniently stock up on groceries is provided by the close proximity of stores - the nearest one can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes. A café is located in the building, and right next to the property there is an ice cream shop. It takes only 3-4 minutes to walk to two nearby restaurants, where you can relax with delicious dishes. It takes 5-6 minutes by car to get to the train station and shopping center, and 23 minutes to get to the airport. There is no shortage of public transportation stops in the area allowing quick access to various parts of the city. Motorized guests can use the paid public parking spaces located in the area.
