The apartment has a functional interior and a well thought out layout with the possibility of accommodating 6 people - great for families! The interior creates a cosy atmosphere thanks to its neutral colour scheme or fresh decor with bright furniture and accessories. The accommodation comprises a spacious living room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double sofa bed and a space for remote work or study, to suit all guests' needs. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a spacious balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view or relax in the fresh air after an eventful day. The living area, with a sofa and cable Tv, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher) and bathroom (washing machine, hairdryer) appliances. Gazowa Street is unusually close to the most important places in Wroc³aw and is a combination of metropolitan style and space for relaxation - 5 km from the Wroclaw Market Square, 3 km from the Wroc³aw University of Economics and the Main Railway and Bus Station. It takes only 30 minutes by public transport to reach the Wroclaw Market Square and other tourist attractions in the city centre. The advantage of the location is the well-developed public transport and infrastructure around the estate, which allows convenient and easy access to any place in the city and beyond - the tram stop is only 2 minutes away from the apartment. The development offers retail and service premises and there is a children's playground 350 metres from the development.
