Parking passes will be provided in the welcome bag and must be displayed to avoid ticketing. Due to strict HOA regulations, no additional passes can be issued. Any extra vehicles must use paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods , bikes, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This Condo was perfect and plenty of space for Our Family!! We highly recommend this Condo and we will be back! The only issues with the Condo when we checkedd in,was we noticed a light on the dishwasher and found standing water in the dishwasher and in both Bathrooms the fan was extremely loud and in one the light was not covered. Called the Property Manager and maintenance came and fixed the dishwasher, but listened to the Bathroom fans, but said they would be back on Monday, April 5th, however when we checked out on Friday, April 9th, the light and fans in the bathroom was still broken! Much bigger than I expected. It had pretty much all we needed including a highchair and booster for my niece and nephew. The view was great and it was relatively quiet. The master bedroom was spacious. The other 2 bedrooms were good sized too. Bathrooms also had plenty of space. We plan to return here again! ##### Amber H.
