Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Then there is the beach, no smoking, no drinking, and a whole list of no's you can't do. My wife and I were so worried about what we did so not to break the rules. We've been to Carolina Beach many times this summer and we felt more comfortable there. This was a birthday gift for me from my wife as I had a birthday while we were there. We probably won't visit this area again. We prefer to relax on our visit to the beach not have to worried about the rules and if you are not breaking them.
