Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Wrightsville Beach duplex that's right on the beach! Open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space. Seating for 6+ in the dining area. Flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom. Generous driveway with parking for 3-4 vehicles. Outside shower. Left side of duplex also (Sunny Side Up) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4 and may be available for larger groups to rent for the same dates. Parking instructions: Off street parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for our guests and to provide excellent customer service every time. Please contact us with specific requests, and we'll do our best to help! We were far enough away that the Friday night college kids coming in to their weekend party didn’t disturb us at all. We used the outdoor wash station daily for our feet after swimming in the ocean. My son and sister loved using the bike in the mornings and late evenings just to ride up and down our little street. The unit was clean and cozy. We thought the bed was quite firm, but slept great. I appreciated the extra pillows as my son crashed on the couch night 2/3, but there were no extra pillow cases for them. I enjoyed sitting on the little balcony every morning with my coffee. The location is amazing, easy to get to coming in from out of town, short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants. I was a little nervous about the cleanliness since it is dog friendly but was pleasantly surprised. There was no lingering pet smell or hair on furniture or rugs. The bathrooms were nice and tidy and there were toiletries available. The bed in the first bedroom was very comfortable but the one in the 2nd bedroom was a little firm. Kitchen was a big disappointment. -Kitchen is in worn condition with exception of microwave Kitchen poorly stocked -no pot holders -No grill tools -Silverware and knives rusted -several pots worn and unusable, nonstick coating peeling -Kitchen faucet broken -Appliances not wiped down prior to arrival -Each guest only afforded one bath towel -Staff did not reach out to confirm our safety during Hurricane or to inquire if we needed anything during the power outage. ##### Sandra S. We had a wonderful week at this property in August! The beds were amazingly comfortable (tough to come by with a rental) and the updates to the kitchen were pretty great!
