Relax by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match, or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet a natural shoreline filled with shells and wildlife. The open floorplan provides ocean views from the living area, dining area, and kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating and space for your group to unwind together after a fun filled day on the beach or out by the pool. Right off the living area is the covered oceanfront balcony, the perfect spot to catch the ocean breeze or watch the sunrise over the ocean. \*\*Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.\*\* \*\*Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season\*\* Notice: There will be a scheduled multi-phase elevator modernization project across several Wrightsville Dunes buildings. For Building G, the elevator will be completely out of service from February 1, 2027 through March 8, 2027. The master suite includes a King bed, ocean views, a private full bathroom, and a smart TV. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, views of the marsh, and a smart TV. The third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and views of the marsh. The Queen bedroom and twin bedroom share the hallway bathroom which offers a tub/shower combo, perfect for giving the little ones in your group a bath after some fun in the sand and the sun. Parking instructions: Parking passes (X2) are left on the counter for guest use during your stay. There is 1 assigned, labeled space (1C) for this unit. The unlabeled spots are first come first serve, and a parking pass must be displayed in the vehicle dashboard. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods starter kit and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we expected. Very clean. Beds were good. Pool and sand showers were well maintained. The stored beach chairs and umbrellas were rusty so bring your own if that's a problem for you. If you need shade on the beach, I'd suggest looking into a very sturdy umbrella or other sturdy canopy since the breeze is constant and strong throughout the day (which is nice for staying cool on hot days, but rough on weak umbrellas). A lot of people on the beach had Shibumi wind-powered canopies and they seemed to be working very well. ##### Mike F. Good neighborhood - felt very safe. Master bedroom view is spectacular. A couple of small things could have been better: - supply of shampoo and soap for bathing was small and could have been nicer (we had to ration use to avoid running out) - TV in master bedroom was difficult to operate and had hard time figuring out how to turn TV off - Also wish there some flexibility on early check-in without extra fees - Check out time of 10am is early, would have been nice if it were 11:00 or 12:00 ##### Scott R. My son was recently in an accident and needed a wheelchair. The elevator was a must. The unit was spacious enough to accommodate all of his hospital devices. The unit was clean and well appointed with all we needed. I will say a broom and dustpan would have been nice to have. The vacuum that was there did not work very well. The beach chairs, cooler and wagon were nice to have and nice that I didn’t have to pack ours. Thank you and we will return! ##### Erika Z.
