Sandfiddler Suite 106 is one unit back from the ocean front end of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars. This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops. Check out NEARBY restaurants and things to do: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: The unit photographed is the exact unit There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking. Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach. You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
