This impressive three-bedroom, three-bathroom home will take your breath away! “Breathe In” is a modern side by side townhome that offers upgraded features throughout and stunning ocean views from the decks. Beautiful, crisp and fresh, the interior of this stylish home provides a luxurious vacation experience. Step outside to enjoy an evening yard game, ocean views, and fresh grilled dinner! “Breathe In” welcomes you with a grand exterior staircase that divides the two properties. A nicely furnished sitting area off the entry way is a great place to kick back and enjoy the ocean view. The open concept living space gives an airy feel and is lovingly decorated with comfortable furnishings. Whether you are cooking a meal in the beautiful kitchen, sitting around the table enjoying a family game, or watching your favorite football game – this great room is guaranteed to pull the family together! There is a rear entrance door that leads to the outdoor area for added convenience in accessing the grill and outdoor shower. The first living level of this home offers a Queen guest room that has direct access to the full bathroom with walk in shower stall. This bathroom can also be entered through the main hallway that is just past the kitchen. The top floor of “Breathe In” houses the primary suite, guest suite with built in bunk room, and the laundry closet. The spacious primary suite offers ample closet space and tons of natural light. Large sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony that overlooks the sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A cozy king-sized bed makes a great place to unwind and decompress. The primary suite includes a flat screen TV and a nicely updated private bathroom for maximum convenience. Down the hall is a large guest room that makes this vacation rental extremely versatile. Furnished with a queen-sized bed and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. This room is suitable for young travelers, individuals, or couples. The built-in bunk beds are reserved for children only and not appropriate accommodation for teens or adults. Conveniently located a block away from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house, this home is perfect for families! Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the deck that is almost perfectly positioned in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action.
