You “May” fall in love with this a beautifully remodeled 3rd floor condo that has tons of style and charm! This condo is fun - eye catching pops of color that are tastefully sprinkled throughout and complimented by soothing neutral tones and a mix of rich textures, it’s a treat that the whole family will enjoy.

When you enter the property, you are immediately enticed inside by the incredible sight of the sun shimmering on the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. The renovated floor plan creates an open concept that gives unobstructed ocean views whether you are in the kitchen cooking, dining at the kitchen table, or relaxing in the living room. You do not have to be a chef to appreciate the function and beauty of this stunning kitchen. Stainless steel appliances are accented by the granite counter tops and glass tile backsplash. Cooking and cleaning up has never looked better!

The dining area seats up to six people and overlooks the living room. A comfortable queen size sleeper sofa makes the living area an additional sleeping space for guests and doubles as a neat spot for the whole family to gather and hang out. Unwind and kick your feet up while enjoying the oversized wing back chairs or step out onto your private balcony with a cool beverage!

A spacious master suite that is outfitted with a cozy king bed, private bathroom, TV, and direct access to the ocean front deck is exactly where you want to wake up. The ensuite bathroom features a charming vessel sink and walk in shower. Just down the hall is a guest bathroom that services visitors and the nearby guest room. The guest room has a queen bed, TV, and faces the intracoastal waterway.

Located in the desirable Station One complex that features spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a memorable family vacation!

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.


The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W127 - May” as a vacation rental.

Perfect vacation

This unit is close to the elevator and laundry. Directly centered above the pool, as well as very close to the beach access which is lined with shady trees. The unit was pictured and described accurately. The sliding glass doors had amazing retractable floor to ceiling shutters for privacy and morning light. The towels and linens were crisp and white, expertly laundered. Generous closet and dresser space for our belongings. The appliances were spacious and efficient (quietest dishwasher I’ve ever used). Absolutely loved that we walked through the parking lot down to restaurants like Tower 7 right on the corner. This unit is a keeper. The grounds at Tower One are impeccable.

The location is perfect for beach, restaurants, Wilmington. Also good for two couples. There was an issue that guest bed was terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. It is not fun to be on vacation and not get a good night’s sleep.

Just Right on Wrightsville

We enjoyed our stay and the unit had most everything we could have wanted/needed. The 'newly remodeled' part of the listing did lead us to believe the entire condo had been renovated. The kitchen and main area definitely has been, but the bathrooms could still use some updating/new fixtures. That didn't adversely affect our stay, but was not quite as expected. The ducts and registers could definitely use a good cleansing though. Mold is apparent (we realize this is a common coastal issue) and that could cause major health issues if not continually addressed. Everything else seemed clean though. The view and proximity to the water were our main priorities, and this unit definitely delivers on that!

Perfect Location

May was the perfect location for the family wedding in Wrightsville Beach we attended and the visiting with family in Wilmington. Of course the view and easy access to the beach made this location perfect. While the weather wasn't great being so easy to get to the beach for a short but sweet walk was easy and then back to the May to take in the wonderful view. And to be walking distance to so much was a great bonus. PERFECT LOCATION!

Great view but condo needs to finish renovating

We booked this condo on a very short notice and this unit was one of the only units still available at Station One. The thing about Station One is that it has been around forever, so you need to find a unit that has recently been fully renovated. This unit has been partially renovated, but the appliances and HVAC are ancient and past their service life. However, the view is outstanding and easily the best feature of the condo. Upon checking in we found a half empty wine bottle on the counter from a previous guest. The rest of the unit was reasonably clean. We did call Bryant for a few service items. We had to contact them twice to get them to come out and they were able to resolve one of our three issues. A few of the things we noticed: - Believe the other reviews that the beds and sofa bed are well past due for replacing. - TVs in the bedrooms are smaller than your computer monitor. - We couldn't get the unit to go below 72 degrees. The HVAC system needs servicing or replacing. - The internet in the unit was hopeless at times, to the point it was so bad that saying the unit had internet was not accurate. The cable modem would randomly reboot every few minutes at times. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot to get around this. - The kitchen was equipped for casual use, but limited for someone who wants to cook meals. This isn't a big issue because there are so many good restaurants around Station One. - The balcony could use a couple of comfortable chairs for hanging out and enjoying that fantastic ocean view.
