With 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, game room, and large dock - this home has it all! As you enter the foyer you are greeted by a large open staircase that adds to the charm of this 1970’s home and it’s wonderful history. Directly across from the stairs is the best hangout room in the house – the pool room. This spacious room is outfitted with a pool table, wet bar, and a fantastic retro poker table. There is a comfortable living space that is furnished with a large Roku TV and the queen sleeper sofa allows this great room to double as a sleeping area for larger families. Pass through the living room to the covered patio with tons of space to relax. Whether you want to grab a private nook to catch some peace and quiet or grill out while watching the sunset, this patio is the perfect oasis. There is an enclosed outdoor shower which is super convenient after a long day on the boat island hoping. The ground floor of the house also features a garage game room that has air hockey, foosball, and a second refrigerator to help store groceries. Just past the pool room at the end of the hall is a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower that services guests and the nearby Queen guest room. The queen guest room has been outfitted with a Roku TV so that guests can retreat and relax while catching up on their favorite shows. Across the hall from the Queen guest room is another guest suite that has two Queen beds, nicely remodeled bathroom with a shower/tub combo, direct access to the downstairs patio, and a Roku TV. Once you are at the top of the stairs your vacation really begins! Wall to wall windows and sliding glass doors open to the most magnificent views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Immediately to your left is the primary suite which is furnished with a large King bed, Roku TV, and gorgeous private bathroom that is equipped with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Across the dining room, down a hall is the fourth bedroom which is outfitted with two Twin beds and a Roku TV. There is a hall bath just outside of the bedroom for guests and has a nicely remodeled walk-in shower. The main living area on the top floor has a large Roku TV and dining table for those who enjoy a more formal dinner setting. The adjoining kitchen offers beautiful sound front views, a breakfast nook for four, bar seating for four, and a small workstation allows one to work from home if needed. Additional storage and a half bathroom are just around the corner for added convenience. The entire west facing wall of the top floor opens to allow the sea breeze to flow in and is sure to be your favorite spot in the home. With ample deck furniture this is a fantastic area for entertaining, outdoor dining, sunning, or just relaxing on the huge deck. Savor the magnificent sunsets while you rock all your cares away! Although the grounds are fenced for privacy you still have a wonderful front row seat to overlook all the action on the nearby loop. There is also a public playground just down the street that is convenient for children and younger family members. Occupancy: 14 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twins, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas. Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the driveway, 1 off-street parking pass available. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey, Boat Slip. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. While it was just our family of five, this house could easily accommodate a larger group or host a family gatherings. Maybe a little to much furniture and a little dated. Appliances need to be updated some work some don't. Hood vent was falling apart and dropped little metal pieces in our food we had to throw out. Garbage disposal we had to plug in and out to make work. Ice maker was broke. Other than that the location was great. Parking is what it is on crowded days we only got one ticket but that was our fault we had pass that came with house and when we went to put it in car we already had ticket beware they are quick to write one on Wrightsville.
