Luxurious two story oceanfront condo. 3BR/3BA with amazing views, 2 community pools, 3 community beach accesses and the tennis court. Relax and unwind with family and friends at Catch the Breeze. This beautifully updated 3BR/3BA, end unit condo in Wrightsville Dunes offers incredible ocean views from 2 large, covered oceanfront decks plus access to community amenities including 2 outdoor pools, beach access with outdoor shower, building elevator, and a community tennis court. Catch the Breeze is two stories, and the main level includes an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with ocean views. The updated kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home, and access to one of two oceanfront covered decks is through sliding glass doors off the living area. The large, covered deck has plenty of space for the entire group to spread out and relax in the ocean breezes. The large combo dining table/kitchen island is the perfect spot to gather for meals after a fun filled day enjoying all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The main level bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Trundle bed, smart TV, and offers peek views of the marsh. A full bathroom off the hallway completes the main level. Head upstairs and you'll find the oceanfront master suite with a King bed and some of the best views Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The master suite includes a private updated bathroom and access to another large, covered oceanfront deck offering more incredible views. The perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise or relax in the shade and ocean breezes. Another master bedroom with a Queen bed, private updated bathroom, smart TV, and marsh view is located across the hallway and sitting area completing the top level. \*\*Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.\*\* Parking instructions: 2 Covered spots labeled 1A underneath building. 2x Parking passes are required and are left on the counter for guest to use. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. The owners have thought of everything to make a beach trip effortless—plenty of chairs, bikes, bodyboards, and other beach essentials were provided, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. The location of the property and the layout of the condo were incredible. The amenities - including bikes, tennis racquets, beach gear - were an incredible touch to have as well.There were some minor, small issues that happen with rentals, especially in the offseason.
