From a few weeks before our vacation began, I knew this was going to be a lovely experience. Carole reached out well ahead of time to share information with us that was very helpful. The unit we stayed in was clean, bright and updated. We loved the outdoor shower, the brief walk to the beach and the entire property. The unit was well-stocked with basics, which we really appreciated. Carole made renting the linens quite easy. The elevator was fabulous for my aunt. We lost internet the last two days and Carole and her son worked diligently to get us service. There were things out of their control that they couldn't fix, although I know they wanted to! Carole ended up giving us a bit of a refund, which was really kind and greatly appreciated. I am super excited to book our stay here next year! We all loved it!!! ##### jennifer m.
