From the moment you step inside, you’ll be captivated by the expansive wall-to-wall windows that flood the living area with natural light, creating a seamless connection to the scenic waterway. Whether you’re watching boats drift by from the cozy living room or relaxing on the spacious deck, you’ll have a front-row seat to all the beauty and excitement of Wrightsville Beach. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.  
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Full Sofa Bed.  
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.  
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.    
Pets are not permitted on the dock or sound side beach area as it is a community dock.  
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Boats Over 22 Feet, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).  
  
Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W191 – Bresnahan Upper Level” as a vacation rental.
