Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Full Sofa Bed. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). The one downfall is you have to climb up 29 steps, with an animal or a child it is very hard to climb those steps. Carrying groceries and up and down, luggage is very exhausting going up and down.
