Looking for an economical vacation spot on Wrightsville Beach? Here it is! Renovated updated upstairs unit-beachside house just steps to the beach and Banks Channel with public access. This true gem is a classic 1950's beach house in a great location. The upper unit has 2 floors and is in walking distance to downtown and the Johnny Mercer Pier and Crystal Pier. The covered front wraparound front porch with 6 rocking chairs and a hammock and table is perfect for people watching, outdoor dining or relaxing while taking in the salt air, and or just reading a book in the hammock. The Banks channel is just across the street with a partial view just a few steps away to kayak, windsurf or watch the sunset and also situated on the famous Wrightsville Beach Loop to walk or run day or night. Inside is the original pine walls, ceiling and floor. Front wrap around porch welcomes you to the entry to the house and/or backstairs entry to the laundry and kitchen, There is new furniture and new appliances throughout the house making it an ideal retreat for a family visit to Wrightsville Beach. Includes ceiling fans in all rooms. The first level boasts a spacious open living area with TV, a dining space that flows into the kitchen with easy porch access via sliding glass doors, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a perfect spot for relaxation and socializing. The residence features central heating/AC, complimentary high Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a traditional coffee maker, Blender, Dishwasher, Microwave, and a french door refrigerator with an ice maker. The backstairs provides convenient access to the unit, complemented by a front-loading washer and dryer. The top-level offers (2) Queen bedrooms & (1) Full bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. House has keyless entry locks on both front door and back door and with a ring security at each door and in parking area. Situated within walking distance of Johnny Mercer Pier and Crystal Pier, restaurants, Banks Channel, and shopping, This prime corner location is roughly 100 yards from the ocean, (160 Steps) offering direct beach and channel access.
