The open living area features a cozy sectional, wood burning fireplace, new smart TV, dining room table, and sliding glass doors leading out to the expansive private deck. Right off of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen prepped and ready for your cooking needs, along with a full bathroom right around the corner. Three private bedrooms are located on the second level along with two additional full bathrooms. The primary bedroom overlooks the crystal clear waters of Lake Aspen, offering a true waterfront experience. They were not loud people... we could just hear them talking and laughing. Outdated to the max. Sort of clean. Ex. coffee pot was not washed and mold in the showers that could easily be wiped. This property is nice, but could use some cleaning in terms of windows, kitchen cabinets, etc. We couldn't see out of the sliding glass door. The bathrooms have been updated and they are lovely.
