Get ready to unwind in the three inviting bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed that promises nights of blissful sleep. Need extra sleeping arrangements? No problem! There are 2 pull out couches in the living room on the main floor and the downstairs den comes complete with a comfortable queen-sized futon and a full bathroom, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all your guests.  
  
But the real star of the show is the proximity to Conkling Bay Marina. Imagine having direct access to launch your boat and explore the pristine waters of the lake at your leisure. During the summer, you can even revel in the lively atmosphere of live music events right by the marina during the summer on Saturday nights.

To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The Conkling Bay neighborhood is wonderful because it overlooks Lake Coeur d\`Alene and has many ammenities within walking distance. There are National Parks nearby, bike trails and within a fairly short drive is the Coeur d\`Alene Casino with restaurants, a spa and golf. Perfect location for a lake vacation!  
  
Getting Around:  
You can walk within the neighborhood and to the communities marina, resturaunt, and boat launch but will need a car to pick up supplies and visit any attractions or stores. The closest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG).  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Boat slip is unavailable for guest use, homeowner parks their boat there. There is plenty of room to tie up a boat on the side of the dock, or contact Conkling Bay Marina for boat slip rentals and trailer storage if needed.
