No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time; Neighbourhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM. ● No smoking allowed inside the apartments, if smoking is detected this will result in a £200 fine. ● Pets are not allowed. ● Street parking is described in your check-in instruction email.
