Ocean View Penthouse is a stunning two bedroom top floor coastal apartment in a very enviable location on The Esplanade in Woolacombe. Sleeping up to four guests in two large bedrooms, this bright and spacious apartment boasts unrivalled sea views, stretching from Baggy Point and back towards Barricane Beach. The village is also within easy walking distance.  
  
Situated in a very enviable location on The Esplanade in Woolacombe, Ocean View Penthouse is a stunning 2 bedroom top floor beachside apartment. This bright and spacious self catering apartment boasts unrivalled sea views stretching as far as Baggy Point, and back towards Barricane Beach, the small secluded cove situated just across the road. Inside Ocean View Penthouse, two large bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Wake up to sea views from the master bedroom that also features a king-size bed, and en-suite bedroom. The second bedroom can either be made up as a super-king size double or as a twin room, depending on your requirements - ideal for those holidaying with kids or as couples. A separate family bathroom features a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.  
  
Ocean View Penthouse also boasts a wonderful light and spacious open plan living space. This features a comfy lounge area with a smart TV, plenty of comfy seating, and a huge front window makes it the ideal spot to relax and admire those spectacular views. The rest of the room features a dining table and seating for 4 guests, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for a self-catering break. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.  
  
Outside, there is a parking space for one car. Barricane Beach is located across the road, and is well known for it's seasonal cafe serving homemade Sri Lankan curries on the beach. The main beach is also just a short walk away, and offers clean sands and surf, perfect for long days at the beach, whether it's sandcastle building, sun bathing, or enjoying the sea. The village has a fantastic array of independent shops, as well as takeaways, pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is also plenty to do in the area. Popular days out include trips around the coast to Croyde, Saunton or Ilfracombe and Combe Martin.
