ACCESSIBILITY This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property. POOL HEAT The pool is available from May to near the end of October. There is an additional fee of $150 per day for pool heating at this home. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. PET POLICY Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. OCCUPANCY NOTICE This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 8 people. Children 12 years old and under are not counted toward the guest limit. However, all other guests must be included in the total occupancy count. Reservations that exceed the permitted occupancy may not be approved, so please ensure your guest count complies with these requirements prior to booking. PARTIES AND EVENTS Small gatherings that do not exceed the home’s maximum occupancy and that remain respectful of neighboring properties and local noise ordinances may be permitted with prior approval. Getting access to the house was a little confusing, but the concierge on the Wander app was very responsive and helpful. They were able to quickly address some issues (getting a plow for the driveway/sending salt), making the stay worry-free. Would love to come back in the summer months to make use of the pool that was buried under snow! The property is less than five minutes to downtown Woodstock, so getting to restaurants/shops couldn't have been easier! Great stay overall. ##### Jennifer L.
