I came her with four of my friends a few months ago, and we liked it so much that we booked another weekend at the beginning of October. The house is lovely, and unbelievably clean! We appreciated that so much. The kitchen is well-stocked. There are two separate living spaces as well as ample decking with beautiful views. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts have provided many games and books. There is a fire-pit area, and a hot tub on the deck, which we used. Also, a few of us went hiking on local trails. Mostly we just hung around the house and enjoyed ourselves, though. We all highly recommend this property, and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you so much to our hosts! ##### Cathy W. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch, and melting our worries away in the hot tub. My sisters and I talked well into the night, then slept like rocks in the well appointed bedrooms. We were a total of 5 people and felt there was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Cathy W. 21 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté This airbnb (Deer Haven)is just lovely. It is just like the pictures and incredibly clean! I actually couldn't get over how clean it is. Everything is well-stocked - the kitchen, linens, etc. The surrounding area is beautiful. John, the owner, supplies plenty of info about things to do in the area; but we just hung around, relaxed, enjoyed the view and used the hot tub. John also replied to our messages promptly. There were no problems - we just messaged him to say how much we were enjoying ourselves. We even booked another weekend in the fall already. The only important thing to be aware of is the final part of the drive - the path up the mountain. It's rocky and very narrow -no passing possible - and has a couple steep parts and tricky turns. I don't think a two wheel drive vehicle would make it, and I wouldn't do it after dark.
