From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond perfect—not just a five-star experience, but a 5000-star one. The unit was absolutely immaculate, and the entire resort, along with the surrounding area, was pristine and beautifully maintained. The front desk service was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed by someone who even shared my name, along with her wonderful colleague—both of whom made my family and me feel completely at home. "Breakfast in the morning (continental). The bed was very comfortable. No problems with WI-FI. steps to the beach. Pool is nice but a little small, but I assume most people would be at the beach. there is a hot-tub too. I loved the hotel, the beach and the Venice area; close to shopping, great restaurants and quaint little stores. "

"The BEST place on the island. We’ve been coming here for 20 years and it just keeps getting better!!! The staff is so accommodating and will do anything for you. The new pool is absolutely amazing!!! We are sooo glad that they’ve been able to recover from the devastating hurricanes last year. "

"Amazing stay at this Hotel. Front desk service and check in process is really fast. The room was spotless, food was great, distance to beaches like Siesta key and Lido key beach is around 20 to 25 min. UTC mall 15 min driving. Lots of restaurants, and supermarkets close to the Hotel. 100% recommended."

"The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. But there were a few things I didn’t quite like. There was an awful smell in the elevator and hallways. The first room I was assigned didn’t smell great, but the second one smelled fine. Also unlike other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at, the rooms didn’t have a privacy screen that allowed light inside the room. It only had the black out screen. If I had stayed on the first floor, I would have needed the black out curtain down all the time for privacy which is not ideal."
