This huge colonial-style townhouse can accommodate up to 8 people. Its unique proximity to the Quantico Marine Base and Washington-DC offers many options for Military families extended families. When we arrived, we couldn't enter the property because we were never given the lock code. The host replied almost immediately when contacted. The property, however, could use some thorough maintenance. Several things listed in the description did not work, i.e., ice maker/water dispenser in fridge, all of the 3 bathroom's outlets had no electricity (yes, we checked the breaker), ceiling light in front bedroom didn't work, furniture was broken, power reclining couch had no power, microwave turntable was from a different model so didn't rotate, couldn't find a first aid kit that was listed, shower faucet handle was loose and missing a part, and worst of all was the air filters for the furnace were FILTHY! Another reviewer said about the furnace not being big enough to heat the upstairs...this is what we found also, and it happened to be in the 20's outside. Clean air filters would have helped. Extra blankets would have been welcome too. Thankfully, we took our own flannel sheets and an extra blanket. Only if these issues were addressed would we stay here again. ##### Rosie A. There was 4 of us and the neighborhood is only about a 10-minute drive from the base. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. Very clean and lots of room to relax. There is a nice deck outside the kitchen and a table with chairs down below in its own little courtyard. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors on either side were quiet as well. I forgot there were neighbors. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the townhouse, so there is not a long walk at all from the parking lot. Very close to restaurants and shopping. There is a Wegman's about 5 minutes away for a grocery store. Check in process and check out were super easy. The host communicated several times to see if we needed anything. No issues at all. We would stay here again if needed and would recommend anyone to stay here. ##### Damian J.
