Please rest assured that your most recent experience is not the type of customer service and quality of room cleanliness I find acceptable and can assure you that I will personally follow up with my housekeeping team members to make sure that there is an immediate improvement in the quality and cleanliness along with attention to detail that is to be provided to our guests. Chouette hôtel
Hotel was clean. It had all the usual amenities. Friendly people at front desk. Rather calm. Small pool though. We had breakfast included in our room rate. It was a little complicated though, because de had to choose from the mini Starbucks. They weren't clear about what we could choose nor about how many we could have.We kept asking questions but the person was not very helpful, maybe it was clear for her, but it wasn't for us ... she saw that we come from abroad ... not very friendly of her ... For example, we dont eat meat, cheese or vegetables at breakfast.We eat croissants, toasts, jam,... So we weren't interested in all the plates they proposed but the children would have prefered to get 2 croissants instead. Children could only have a small bottle of apple juice or a small bottle of fresh milk, which is not logical. My eldest is 16, he likes orange juice and warm chocolate milk for breakfast ... Etc ... They should organise it better and clearer, for example put a maximum amount per person.

This hotel might have been a better deal on a different stay, but the hotel staff did not have their act together on this visit. Check-in took way too long, and the staff seemed to ignore the body language of all the guests waiting in line. I tried to go to sleep around 10:30 pm, and then was woken up due to the loud sound of power tools going off in the room below me. After checking with the front desk, I found out they scheduled all-night work in the rooms below. They offered to change my room (this was now 11:00 pm), but I can't believe they didn't consider this to be a problem for the guests in the rooms above.

When we arrived in our room there were crunched up potato chips on the floor of the living room area of the suite so the place wasnt vacuumed thoroughly. I didnt notice until the morning that I left that the bed cover was dirty and/or stained on the underside that i hadnt previously seen. There were kids in the room above us jumping and running around at 12:30 a.m. this morning and kids and people being loud at 11 and 12 pm last night in the main/lobby area. Clearly the desk staff never told them to be quiet because people might be trying to sleep. Finally, we reported multiple times that the thermostat in our room wither wasnt working properly or something was broken becauae we had it on cool and 68 and it was a balmy 75. It was awful trying to sleep. We notified at least 3 staff members with the promise maintenance would check it out and fix it but nothing ever happened. When we checked out this morning the girl at the desk looked like she just rolled out of bed and never even spoke to us. So rude. I won't be staying here again.

The staff here was so lovely and kind. Everything was immaculate. Very quiet and family friendly. Pool was warm. Perfect depth for my kids. Only thing I wish was different is the bottom of the pool is very rough surface and scratched my feet up a couple times.

Front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast was ok. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. The room as a whole was run down and dirty. Lots of visible dust and debris on the carpets. I think the bathroom was clean, but it was old and run down, which made it look unclean. For a quick stop over it was fine, but I would not return.

The girl who checked me in checked me in as a "NO SHOW" which meant they had no record of me being there when I checked out. They then said they could not print me a receipt and I have 2 charges on my card which I can not account for. I had to CANCEL my credit card due to these charges. The woman on Sunday morning was very nice during check out but there was nothing she could do as NO RECORD I WAS ever there
