The property has spectacular views directly overlooking the River Deben.. Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet, Grab Rail Separate Toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Bike and golf store. Electric car charging point, at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The property has an unfenced pond 5 yards away.. Set in an enviable position beside the River Deben, the award-winning Quayside Cottage boasts spectacular and ever-changing views across the river. It has been completely renovated to provide a lovely retreat for either a single person or a couple, just a short drive from the bustling market town of Woodbridge. The accommodation with stylish interior, all provided on one level, offers everything you could wish for in a cosy self-catering holiday home. The property is well equipped for holidaymakers all year round and ideally situated to explore the Suffolk countryside and the Heritage Coast. It is a photographer’s dream. With the amazing sunrises and variety of wildlife It is also a perfect base for all water-borne activities as canoeists, windsurfers and paddle boarders can launch at high water directly from our own quay, which can also be used by fishermen and women. The cottage itself is located adjacent to the Suffolk Coastal path and is a haven for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. Within easy reach are the coastal towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Orford, together with Framlingham Castle, Sutton Hoo, RSPB Minsmere, the concert hall at Snape and the county town of Ipswich. Waldringfield even has its own beach with an officially designated swimming area! For your convenience there is a range of shops at Martlesham Heath located just a 10-minute drive away. Nearer at hand, just 200 yards from the property, is a pub and restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A takeaway service is also available. The pub is one of seven award-winning Suffolk pubs, each with its own unique personality and all set in stunning locations. Guests of Quayside Cottage have the benefit of a special privilege card. Quayside Cottage (UK33899) can be booked together with The Boathouse (UK33900) to accommodate up to 4 guests.
