This apartment comes with fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher. Featuring 1 Queen bed and fold out sofa bed, capacity of 3\. Linen and Towels provided. Nespresso coffee machine, tea and coffee provided. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan and gas log fire. Complimentary Wi-fi and additional download for purchase. Cots available at request. Satellite television, CD Player, DVD Player, complimentary DVDs available for loan. Our bathrooms feature a spa bath with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Laundry facilities including washer, iron and ironing board. Our resort also offers on site games room with pool table, large tennis court and a gated swimming pool overlooking the ocean. All our apartments are non-smoking. Look out for our bonus guest – Stanley the Koala who is often found wandering among the apartments. HOUSE RULES • It is important that the number of guests staying in the apartment is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the number stipulated. • We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our apartments • We arrange for the apartment to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home. • Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbouring apartments. No parties or functions please. • Behave responsibly during your stay.
