Good parking
We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment. The place is dated and basic. However the living area is quite spacious. Under cover parking is very good. We like the location as close to my family in Wollongong.

Threatened to cancel our booking two days prior to our arrival if we didn’t pay in full, even though we had booked six months in advance and we had booked as “pay at property”. On the day of arrival they wanted a photo of my drivers license and credit card as they closed check in at 4pm (couldn’t check in until 2pm!) even though I’d already paid in full. When I refused as I was worried about identity theft they just told me I wouldn’t get the keys. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Kitchen has the bare minimum of crockery,cutlery,glassware,utensils. I even had to go and buy tongs.Rooms are quite nice and spacious enjoyed our stay but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Late arrival .... arrangements were made for access & room key. Only " gliche " was on second day ...key would not open room door( although it would operate garage & front door access ). I had to phone to receive " emergency " key. This was attended to immediately.

It could have done with some cushions on the lounge and maybe a side table or two and the decor was very bland. but, it was comfortable and spacious. It had a good kitchen which we hardly used as we were in W'gong for a 21st celebration and so were out for dinner, breakfast and dinner the next night. Would stay there again. Helpful when I left a small bag behind.

I did not like the way check-in was arranged at this property on the day. We arrived at the property at 2PM and found the front-desk was closed. This puzzled me as the property rule is that check-in is supposed to start at 2pm! Nevertheless, there was a phone number on the door which I called and later let-in after some difficulty accessing the key. The staff who provided the key could have been much friendlier! But we liked the apartment which was spacious and close to basic necessities.

Can’t fault these folks , excellent reception upon arrival , after hours discovered no bath plug, went to reception followed instructions , within 20 minutes knock at door, with requested plug. Great location, many good destinations in easy walking distance. I’ll be back and thank you

We liked that it provided a kitchen and lounge/dining room as opposed to a hotel with just a bedroom and bathroom. Spacious, quiet and a great location.

Was as shown in the photos - clean and comfortable- friendly check-in lady even though we arrived late - only one small couch in the living room so was a little tight for 4 of us to watch tv - lol - good value for the price 😁

Because I come from the country this was my first time of visiting the city. I had to drive and navigate getting to the accommodation. Once we arrived I was unsure on how to get into the accommodation. The young man at reception was very helpful and made the process very user friendly. Also loved that we were in the city but our balcony had a lovely bushy outlook. Location for what we needed was fantastic. Highly recommend these Serviced Apartments. Thank you.

This is our second time here & I enjoy that it’s within easy walking distance to the beach, shops & weekly outdoor markets held on Thursdays & Fridays. The property is spacious & generally quiet. It felt secure as the building can only be accessed with a card. The staff are very helpful. Just a little suggestion, it would be great to have more cutlery. Thank you for a lovely stay.
