The Space: This is luxury living at its best with fresh sleek modern interiors, four generous bedrooms for up to 8 guests including a main bathroom with a bathtub and an ensuite and walk in robe to the Master Suite. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the ultra-modern stone and stainless steel full equipped kitchen, a walk in pantry with a food prep area and basic necessities. The property offers an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, and a second rumpus room with pool side views. High ceilings throughout create a feeling of light and space, and reverse cycle A/Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout provide every possible summer and winter comfort. The oversized attached double garage is also available for guest use during their stay at no extra cost. Towels and linen have been provided for your stay, as well as a washing machine and basic kitchen necessities such as silverware, plates, microwave, kettle, toaster and basic cooking utensils. The new Shellharbour Airport is nearby in Albion Park and only a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. Thei property is in a housing estate, with the neighbouring properties almost touching. Everything the neighbours said or did could be heard as if they were in the same building.
