It is part of a set of converted farm buildings in a rural location just outside Witney, nearby Brize Norton, and provides a perfect base to explore Oxford and the Cotswolds. The Annexe is furnished to a high standard and has private access, as well as off-street parking for up to 2 cars. The kitchen living area has a fully equipped kitchen, extendable dining table and chairs, and a 3-seater sofa. There is a Smart TV and a music system (Wi-Fi enabled). The bathroom has a large bath with a shower and the bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. Dogs are welcome in this pet friendly holiday home and there is a one-acre garden and a further one-acre field for them to run around. Please note there is some building work being carried out on a nearby barn from mid April to the end of June. There will be minimal disruption, however guests might notice some workmen in the vicinity. Please do ask us for any further information on this. Accommodation This one bedroom holiday home near Witney and Oxford sleeps two people and is perfect for couples and romantic getaways. The Cotswold accommodation is laid out as a single level home as follows: Ground Floor Entrance Hall Coat and shoe storage Sitting room / Dining Room / Kitchen Electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and kettle Three-seater sofa, Smart TV Wooden dining table which comfortably seats two Bedroom Standard double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and built in wardrobe Bathroom Bath with over head shower, basin, loo and heated towel rail Outside Access to a large garden and table and chairs by the garage are for guests use and get the sun from midday onwards. It is private to the cottage and is not overlooked by the main barn and if the owner of the main barn is away, guests are welcome to use the table and chairs by the main barn which overlooks the garden The Finer Details... The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them 1 well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional £40 per booking. Our dog loved the big garden to explore. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, but a very short drive to Witney with plenty of places to eat and drink. The dog enjoyed the exercise space that was made available. The provision of equipment was generally satisfactory although a coffee table on which to put cups when sitting on the sofa would have been nice. A few more directions such as the location of bins and what to put in them would also have been appreciated. The only real problem we had was that we were cold, even though we were loaned a thick blanket (thankyou James). The property was cold when we arrived and took quite a long time to heat up.
