### Ohlerich storage app. 20 - Ohlerich Speicher App. 20

Apartment house with 48 apartments. With a floor space of 50 m², this stylish 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in the 3rd Upstairs you can easily reach via the lift. The modern living room with couch, TV and dining area invites you to linger. From there, you can access the north / west-facing balcony and enjoy spectacular lake views across the harbor. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and various small appliances. The separate bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and a second TV. Furthermore, this first-class apartment has a shower room in a high quality version. On arrival 2 beds are made and towels are ready for you. WiFi is accessible without cost. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.  
  
A former granary, which was completely renovated in 2018, stands directly at the top of the Wismar harbor. The Ohlerich store. Now it has 48 luxurious holiday apartments and a lift.
