This stylish 2-room apartment is located in the 1st. First floor with location towards the old town. With its 64m², this exclusive apartment offers enough space for 3 people. You will be greeted by a bright living area with TV, from which you have direct access to the balcony. The separate kitchen offers all comforts and is fully equipped (ia. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle). The modern bedroom ensures a good night's sleep. Furthermore, there is a high-quality shower room and free Wi-Fi. On arrival 2 beds are made for you and towels are ready. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.  
  
Due to its prime location, you reside directly between the Wismar bay and the picturesque old town, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Therefore, you can reach numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, shops and cultural institutions in just a few minutes. The former granary was completely renovated in 2018 and now has 48 exclusive holiday apartments. In an exclusive location, right at the tip of the Old Port in Wismar, the stylish apartments offer you a holiday of the extra class.
