Located just minutes from all major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, this home combines convenience with comfort. The heated garage has been transformed into a fun game room, perfect for entertainment. Outside, there’s ample room for volleyball, bonfires, and even camping, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The Space: This beautifully renovated home is designed to be the ultimate gathering place for friends and families. Enjoy the comfort of modern amenities, including high-speed internet and smart TVs with YouTubeTV, plus access to Netflix and other streaming services. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, including a bunk room, there is enough space for 10 guests! The home is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials to make cooking and entertaining a breeze. For outdoor relaxation, a charcoal grill is available for guest use (just bring your own charcoal), and the fire pit is perfect for cozy nights under the stars (firewood not included). Whether you’re indoors or out, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. 10% discount given to active duty military and veterans with proof of status. Guest Access: Please do not enter the shed in the backyard, this is not part of the listing and is off limits to Guests. Any abandoned buildings/sheds in the wooded areas are not included in the listing and are off limits. Heated garage next to house is included in listing, there is a garage door opener located in the house, by the window at the kitchen bar top. This opener is hanging on the wall. (NOTE: Garage door should NOT be opened during cold season, please use side door to access garage, key is located with garage door opener) The Neighborhood: Secluded lot on the outskirts of Lake Delton make this a comfortable, private place to get away with the family. Getting Around: Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available. Other Things to Note: The garage has been converted into a game room with foosball, air hockey, ping pong, darts, and card table included (playing cards and poker chips available in the main house for guest use). There is a charcoal grill, please bring your own charcoal. Firewood is not provided, please bring your own. No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250\. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. There was a total of 10 of us. The group consisted of two adults and 8 17year-olds boys. The property was very clean and had a nice open floor plan for all the kids to eat and do activities together. There was also a charcoal grill available and an outdoor fire pit with seating for 10, which was very fun for the kids as well. There was plenty of games to keep everyone busy if they wanted. The master bedroom was a treat, Comfortable bed with our own master bathroom. loved the location, few minutes from everything in the Dells but quiet like you were in the country. We had a great stay here! Clean, great location, and we loved the separate living areas which we used as kids and adults areas. The updates done were very nice, modern and gave us a real vacation house / hotel feel. Roku TVs in each room made it easy to flip on our shows and was a life saver with the kids. Didn’t use the garage game room because it was so cold, but would have loved to…maybe next time. Overall, we’d stay here again! ##### Jeff J. Down a secluded county hwy on the edge of town. I would highly recommend this stay for family friends who want the Dells experience but not all the Dells congestion. ##### Joshua B. Séjour de 1 nuit en août 2021 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Kelley B. 21 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful house but be aware of a couple issues Overall we really enjoyed our stay - the house was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, and lots of great entertainment for our kids including TV and games. There were a few issues though that kept us from rating this higher. 1\. Very poor documentation. The owner sent me an email with check in information but it was missing the front door code. Thankfully I noticed and emailed him in time so we had the code when we arrived. Once we got in the house, however, there was very little documentation including nothing about the wifi password. I emailed the owner again to get the password but never heard back. 2\. There was no soap in the bathrooms, no extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent or sponges to do dishes so we had to buy all of these items ourselves. ##### Kelley B. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Susan M. 5 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location, clean, with a few hiccups. Nice house with a great location. With a Walmart down the road and the downtown Dells only minutes away. Everything we did was within a 15 minute drive to restaurants, Sundara Spa, and renting a pontoon on the Wisconsin river. The house was clean with plenty of space for the the five of us on a girls’ trip to hang out. The open concept on the first floor made it a great space to hang out and spend time together. I would recommend this house even though we did have a couple of issues during our visit. -Check-in time was 3:00\. We arrived a little after 3:00 and the cleaning people were still there. We weren’t actually able to get into the house until after 3:30\. Not a huge issue, but should be noted. -Once the cleaning ladies were done (they were very nice), they informed us that there was a leak in the kitchen. It was more than just a small leak. There was a steady drip coming through the ceiling into the kitchen with a bucket to catch the water. They told us that they had informed the property owner Chris and he would have someone come out at the end of our 3 night stay. I contacted Chris and said he may want to get someone out as soon as possible before more damage was done to the ceiling. Also, we really didn’t want to be stepping around a bucket while using the kitchen and listening to the constant drip. The handymen came out the next day and were also very nice. They informed us that they had to change out the faucets in the in the master bathroom above the kitchen, which they did. They also patched the kitchen ceiling. -We also informed the handymen that none of the outlets in the master bedroom were working. They were able to unlock the basement and get to the circuit breaker thankfully. Again, that was 24 hours after we checked in and I’m not sure if it weren’t for the leak in the ceiling if this would have been addressed. -We brought our own roll of paper towels which was a good thing because we were only left with about a half of a roll. -Lastly, we were not given the password for the WiFi until we emailed and asked for it. Usually when renting a home, you’re given that information either before check-in or it’s written somewhere on the premises. I’m guessing that we just had a lot of bad luck at the beginning of our stay but thought it was worth documenting here. Some definite inconveniences but overall, we had a great trip and would recommend this house for its location and cleanliness. ##### Susan M.
