I ask for toilet paper and towels during the day since it was 7 people’s in the rooms and they just give one set and one paper towel for all ,and I cal them the day after and they give some until I call again in the next night

Pase 3 dias en ese hotel y cuando salimos para ir alos parques acuático de regreso al hotel nadie limpio nadie saco la basura al dia siguiente salimos a comer y le pedimos a un empleado del hotel que porfavor nos limpiara el cuarto ya que desde ayer nadie lo limpio y de forma grosero nos dijo que no era su trabajo entonces le pedimos que porfavor entonces le dijera a alguien.. luego nos pregunto cual era el numero de cuarto le dimos y nos fuimos esperando que nos dieran limpiando el cuarto pero regresamos y los cuartos seguian igual no limpiaron no botaron la basura no avia papel en fin no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel

All around dirty and unkept. They must have been having water infiltration issues because the carpet outside our room and down the hall was soaking wet. It smelled moldy.

The physical property was building 25 and it was very well kept in the hallways were quiet and clean. What I didn't like about this day was that I got a glass beer bottle thrown at me for no reason by another person staying at that same building.

Our Room Had no Dresser in it when we Had 6 people in the room which created such a mess to deal with for a multiple night stay, Our Room Smelled Like Cat Pee as soon as we walked in, Hair was Still in the tub from the last person, Neighboring rooms were extremely loud and making noise well into 3am and the microwave plate was still dirty. i will not be staying here again.

At check in we told them that we had 2 cars and gave us a pass for one, and that there was nothing they could do. The room was not finished beds not made. Not enough outlets for charging. No shower curtain. Not enough pillows. The security lock was broke. Just to name a few. Will be the last visit to Mt Olympus.

Our wrist bands didnt work to get intobour room but the staff was quite fast to fix the problem. Our room was our biggest complaint. As soon as you walk in you can smell mold,the base of the toilet leaked water constantly, black mold on the wood in bathroom, the main area of our room flooring was flat out dangerous. There were alot of soft spots in the floor, its only a matter of time till it collapses in. Aside from these issues the cleaning crew did clean everything very well with what was there.

No parking. Extended my stay and had to change buildings. Couldn’t get in my room until 12 AM due to no parking after trying to get in three times. Waited for security for over an hour and no one ever came. No comforters in the room. Most staff gave me the run around when asking for help.

First off the check out building is not connected to resort and I paid for a king or reserved j should say. Then she gave me wrong directions on map of Olympus minus the building. Then could find our room because no doors on outside have numbers. We finally found a side B in back and went upstairs only to find my number was two buildings away. But I started scanning each room and sure enough the person who checked me in screwed my room number up. Only a 7 was the right number and only number even in both room numbers. Either way found room and wasn’t what was was paid for. Either way two queens not one king and internet didn’t work. The only light that lit room up was right above bed, people constantly banging, yelling out side both of our doors, and the toilet continued to run. Our Cable had ten channels separated apart.

It seemed like we were in a project. There were numerous cars and trucks drinking and smoking loud music, smokers speeding through the parking lot. They’re should be security or cameras along parking. One child was getting cursed at for crying and threatened. Will visit another resort next time instead of here.

I think customer service was very poor upon arrival. I was told that my reservation was for two adults and I said why would I make a reservation for a kids waterpark for two adults? There were supposed to be three children to adults. It was made on Expedia and they made me pay for the children.
