The only complaint that I have is that a lot of the rooms did not have locks/ or working locks on them. including 2/3 of the bathrooms. The house was beautiful and spacious for all 15 of us. Enjoyed the gazebo and fire pit and pool table. There were lots of dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. We played golf and enjoyed the swimming pool and the awesome pool staff. The only recommendation would be to update a couple of the beds as they need some slats and a new foundation. Other than that, I would highly recommend Eagle's Nest at Spring Brook. A few hiccups. Overall, we loved the place. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Very clean. Most everything was there as advertised. We loved the gazebo and having access to a fire pit area. We loved the location which is right across from the pool and Spring Brook Bar and Grill. It was so nice to have great fishing access in the back yard. Also loved the swing on the porch. We did have a few hiccups. The landscaping needed a lot of help; grass was not mowed and pretty over grown weeds are pins the property- wasn’t a big deal but it was noticeable. Bigger hiccup was not having a working dryer for 11 people. We had to have the maintenance people out twice and it still didn’t work. However the Spring Brook crew did allow us access to a condo nearby (we did have to drive there) to dry our clothes. A manager was to call my husband back but never did.
