The home features two versatile reception rooms, one with a wood burner for cosy evenings and the other as an open-plan space connecting seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area—perfect for hosting friends or family gatherings. The exterior is equally impressive, with a generous deck that overlooks the river, a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunsets. The property also comes fully equipped for leisure, including fishing gear and kayaks, however please note use of the kayaks is seasonal so will not be available during autumn-winter months. It is a requirement of the British waterways for each individual to have a license to use any floating craft, and is a requirement to have a current fishing licence for each individual. Fishing is not permitted on the river during closed season between 15th March to 15th June. Outdoor cooking enthusiasts will love the BBQ and pizza oven, perfect for creating memorable meals in this breathtaking setting.
