It is perfect for celebrations, vacations, and allows the opportunity to work from home. It is ideal for travel nurses, healthcare professionals, and students due to proximity to hospital, Brody Med, and ECU; all 10 minutes away. There are also numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping stores within close proximity. You’ll have the entire space to yourself equipped with keyless entry, full kitchen, and a private patio. Other things to note This is a non smoking Property. The townhouse is in excellent condition with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean. There is a small strip plaza next door to the townhouse community with a taproom (no food service, just drinks, occassional food trucks), a delicious and affordable Mexican restaurant, and an indoor playspace for younger children. Less than a mile on either side of the community are good restaurants plus two grocery stores. ##### Sheila B.
