I spent two days there and the first night must have been some kind of party within the hotel. Unrelenting loud talking in the hallways until almost 2 AM with constant door slamming. The first morning I was there housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 AM, that’s NINE A M FOLKS. I asked if they could come back later and went on about my day returning around 10 PM to find they never bothered to clean my room at all. No fresh towels, no made bed, no trash emptied, never even entered the room. Very disappointing. Second night was more quiet but still… OK price, nonexistent cleanup. Two and a half stars out of five🌟🌟1/2 loud doors. Unbelievably loud slamming every time a door closed even if one tried to close it softly.

The Hotel was nice, and clean. The grounds of kept up well on the exterior. The only thing I didn’t like is it was difficult for find parking, and it was quite a distance to load and unload your car.

Check in was easy and guy at the desk was friendly. My issues was the bathroom, it needed a cleaning and re caulking. I just left, decided not to spend the night and instead drove 2 hours home

Unfortunately, our experience was not wonderful. When we got back to the hotel around 12:30 AM, we pulled back the sheets in one of the queen beds, the sheets were dirty. I went to call housekeeping, or the front desk, but the phone did not work. So I had to go downstairs to ask for clean sheets. Also, the door was not sealed so all the hallway noise came through. A lot of people came home after 2 AM, I got very little sleep. Overall, the carpets in the entire facility were disgustingly dirty. This was not an inexpensive stay, and I expected more from my Choice hotel. We rarely go and stay at a hotel, it’s not in our budget, so this was very disappointing.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Our feet were sticking to the floors and my daughter dropped a baby wipe on the floor and ran it across the floor it was completely black. There were some very noisy teenage boys yelling and running up and down the halls all hours for two nights.

Stayed for the night with my kids and almost midnight the person in the next room was being extremely loud and had a basketball game on the tv which was very loud. I called the front desk who called them but it didn’t make a difference at all.

The property was in a great location for us. The lobby was very warm and welcoming. Check in was super easy. But when we go to the room, we noticed stains on the bed, carpet was very dirty and there was a trail of ants from the bathroom tub into the main area. The front desk manager was super nice and upgraded our room. The second room was in much better condition and the bed was clean and super comfortable. We were there for 3 nights. The only other issue we encountered was that when they came each day to refresh the room, they were not consistent. One day we had no coffee, the next no tissues or toilet paper in the morning, and dirty towels were still on the floor. When we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was little to no food. . Overall, not horrible. But attention to detail was lacking.

The staff was very nice however the cleanliness was very questionable. The first room I was put in literally had ants all over the bed and the headboard as well as the nightstand. It was gross. They changed my room but by that point I was already disgusted. The second room was fine however I will no longer be staying at this establishment when I visit Greenville . The building smells old and smoky. Breakfast was nice and again the staff was very nice and accommodating which I appreciated.

It was very loud at night. Big trucks on the parking lot were waiting for people for hours with a running engine. Whole night you can hear cars from a nearby big Main Street too. Very hard to sleep. Staff very nice, friendly and professional!!!

Spent one night. Easy check in, and out. Breakfast was very basic, with dry eggs , sausage Patties and continental flair . 1 bedroom suite was Uber comfortable for a party of three. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great stay! Everyone was super nice and friendly. No problems at all. Nice continental breakfast. Good location. I will stay again for trips to Greenville and ECU football games. Go Pirates!
