Description: Cozy holiday home with ideal location in Winterberg Looking for a cozy holiday home in the heart of Winterberg? Then Am Südhang is the perfect choice for you. This snug accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're coming for a winter ski holiday or a summer hiking trip. With the center just a 2-minute walk away and the ski area 5 minutes away, you're always close to the action. At the same time, you can enjoy the peace and nature right on your doorstep.  
  
Accommodation: Comfortably furnished with modern amenitiesStep into your temporary home and feel at ease immediately. The compact living area forms the heart of the property, where you can gather cozily around the dining table with a comfortable corner sofa. From here, you have a direct view of the fully equipped kitchen, which invites you to prepare delicious meals. With a cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster, you have everything at hand. Start your day right with a fresh cup of coffee from the filter coffee maker or enjoy a relaxing tea thanks to the kettle. From the dining sofa, you can also watch TV while eating or having drinks.   
  
After a day full of adventure, you can rest in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200cm) with two separate single mattresses for optimal sleeping comfort. Here you'll also find bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings. The adjacent bathroom, accessible via a practical sliding door, offers a sink, shower cabin, and toilet.   
  
In the second bedroom, another double bed (180x200cm) awaits, also with two separate mattresses (90x200cm). This room has an extra cozy seating area with two chairs and its own sink with mirror. For added convenience, there's a separate guest toilet with sink in the property.   
  
Enjoy the fresh outdoor air on the compact terrace (6m2), where you can have breakfast or a drink at the garden table with chairs.  
  
Traveling with young children? For the little ones up to 2 years old, a baby cot (60x120cm) and a high chair are available.
