Accessed via stairs, all rooms are on one floor, though there are some internal height differences with steps. The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a TV, alongside a dining table for four. The well-equipped kitchen features an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bedroom has a double bed (two 90x200cm mattresses), bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe, and a second TV. The living room's sofa bed provides sleeping space for two children. The bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower, toilet, washbasin, and towel radiator. The balcony offers a seating area with a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy views of the Sauerland mountains. Pets are welcome, allowing you to bring your four-legged friend along for walks. A washing machine is available free of charge in the shared storage room for bikes and skis. This accommodation is located in the district of Neuastenberg. In this small village near Winterberg you will find a bakery and several restaurants for a cosy bite to eat. In Neuastenberg you will find a small family-friendly ski area including a natural toboggan run.
