A newly renovated, cozy apartment with beautiful modern amenities awaits you in Niedersfeld, just 8 kilometers from Winterberg Center. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential building at the edge of the woods near Hillebachsee, surrounded by stunning nature. It serves as an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. A parking space for your car is conveniently available in front of the house. Enjoy hours of sunshine on the balcony. Pets are welcome.

Experience the charm of this newly renovated apartment in Niedersfeld, located just 8 kilometers from Winterberg's vibrant center. This cozy retreat boasts a spacious living area that includes a dining section, all tastefully decorated and equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels for your entertainment. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, kettle, and a Nespresso machine, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals. The well-appointed bedrooms offer double beds with comfortable single mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, a dedicated storage room is available for your ski gear. Relax and soak up the sun on the lovely balcony, and feel free to bring your furry friends along, as pets are welcome!  
  
Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, you can tackle challenging mountain bike trails or take a short walk to Hillebachsee for a variety of water activities, including water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, ping-pong, and volleyball. In winter, the area transforms into a snow lover’s paradise, offering skiing and sledding in Niedersfeld or the renowned, snow-sure Winterberg. The excellent slopes are just a 10-minute drive away, and the enchanting Hochheide is a favorite among hikers.  
  
The Winterberg bobsleigh run is 9 km from Niedersfeld, while the Kahler Asten is 12 km away. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km from the apartment. Niedersfeld is a popular destination for those interested in mountain hiking, scenic landscapes, and outdoor activities.  
  
For shopping, the center of Winterberg is just a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop conveniently located in front of the house for easy access to Niedersfeld’s local center, and additional shops are a 5-minute walk away. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.  
  
We require a €100 deposit via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you in advance and completed during check-in. This form authorizes us to deduct up to €100 in case of damages. If no deductions are necessary, the SEPA form will automatically expire.  
  
The rental price includes energy costs.  
  
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and will be detailed on your reservation overview and/or invoice.  
  
Towels, kitchen linens, and children's furniture can be rented separately upon request.

#### Objekt für Ruhe suchende.

Abseits vom Trubel in Winterberg, ist diese Wohnung für Wanderer und Ruhe suchende Urlauber genau richtig. Das Mehrfamilienhaus in welchem sich die Wohnung befindet, wirkt nicht sonderlich einladend, da dieses stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand und bietet alles, was für einen Urlaub vorhandenen sein sollte. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis OK. Perfekt für Wassersportler, da der See im Ort eine Wasserkianlage besitzt.
