There were only two of us, but the unit would have still been comfortable with more. We also appreciated the simple and easy check out instructions!We had a slight issue upon arrival (our door code was not working), but the assistance received by phone and via chat were great! And the issue was resolved within 5 minutes, which was much appreciated after a long day of driving.My only suggestions for the unit are minor and with respect to the kitchen: It could use more brown bowls and small plates (in fairness, there were other dishes but they were up really high in the cabinet), and there did not seem to be many food storage containers (there were some, but the lids didn’t match).Overall, we had a fabulous stay and will look to book the unit again when we return! The den was perfect for our 4 year old son, but the foldout bed had a lot of metal parts that he kept hurting himself on so I’m super glad we brought him his own blow up bed. The only thing to note is that the cable box in the den had been taken/was broken(?). We called management and they came to check it out and had no idea where the box had gone. ##### Nina S.
