A comfortable sectional sofa is the perfect spot to relax after a day spent enjoying the stunning outdoors of Winter Park. The living space is complemented by a gas fireplace and a flat-screen television, while the private deck on the second floor provides a tranquil view of the surrounding forest. The spacious, renovated kitchen boasts modern appliances, new cabinets, and countertops. In the adjoining dining area, a large wooden table is surrounded by comfortable chairs and a bench, accommodating up to six people. This appealing and modern two-bedroom condominium serves as an ideal retreat, with hardwood flooring that enhances the contemporary furniture and mountain scenery. Please note that air conditioning is not available. The expansive master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and a remarkable bathroom equipped with dual vanities and a tiled shower. The second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area. The second full bathroom, featuring new tile surround, is located in the main hallway. Additionally, a Washer/Dryer is included as a bonus amenity for the unit. The property is situated in Building 8, offering guests a convenient short walk to the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Only complaint I really have is we rented this property specifically because it was one that had a washer/dryer inside the condo. The dryer would not stay on and running for more than 2-3 minutes then it started making noises and it would turn off.
