Residents can also take advantage of the amenities available at the Hi Country Haus Recreation Center, which includes an indoor pool, hot tubs, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Delight in the sounds and sights of the nearby creek that meanders around the back of the condominium, which can be accessed from the private patio linked to either the living room or the bedroom. The generous kitchen and dining area provide more space than a typical one-bedroom layout, making it ideal for enhanced holiday gatherings and meal preparations. Experience the welcoming warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, which is perfect for creating a cozy ambiance on winter evenings. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the sofa sleeper offers an additional sleeping area, accommodating a total of four guests. This unit is situated on the ground level, requiring only a few steps to move from the parking lot to the building. It is a brief walk to the Recreation Center, shuttle stop and various dining options and the Fireside Market for grocery needs. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area. The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
